Rounding Dreadlock Tips
If you have just finished making your dreadlocks you will probably be left with these rat tail ends on your newly formed locks. Sadly theres nothing much that you can do to them that is going to stick first time, tips take a lot of perseverance to get to rounded and really are the last thing you need to be worrying about. Its best to concentrate on getting the body of your dreads as tight ass as possible and everything else will follow.
When the body of your dreads is matured one of the tried and tested techniques it to do is grab whatever loose hair you have left at the tips, fold it over against the hard backcombed bit of the tip and wack a band on it.
Left like this the tip will eventually round up.
Alternatively just continually fiddle with the tips rolling them in clockwise motions between your thumb and forefingers, you will know if your doing it right because the dread will start to get further knotted.
