Removing Dreadlocks
It is true, you can remove Dreadlocks without having to shave your head.
We are soon to release our own brand Dreadlock Removal Cream, which is a very deep clensing conditioner that makes removing dreads a dodle and repairs the remaining hair.
So what you want to do when you get rid of your dreads is hob in a hot bath and give them a good soaking. Give them a wash with a normal generic shampoo and then give them a really good conditioning with our removal cream.
Next you want to wash everything out of your dreads, put some more of our removal cream in and just leave it in while you dry off.
After the creams been sitting there for a while you want to snip your dreads about four inches from the roots where the dreads are still soft and not fully developed yet (this may be more or less than four inches dependant on hair type). Then take a really strong comb - a metal toothed dog or flee comb is really essential here. And start uncombing the dreads from the bottom up.
It takes quite some time (easily twenty minutes for every four inch mini dread) so its best to rope a friend in to help. It can also be a little sore if your not careful but using this method you will be able to recover quite .
What you should be left with is a head frizzy but very workabele hair.
Book an appointment at a hairdresser and have it styled accordingly.
