How Long Does It Take To Grow Dreadlocks?

Dreadlocks are not a instant hair cut.

For most people you are looking at 6-12 months from creation to mature dreadlocks.

Once matured dreads grow at about a third of the speed normal hair does, so if you have always wanted dreads to your knees, best to start off slightly longer in the first place.
